Things are going well!
As suggested by n3o, I will probably relocate this website to a subdomain. Perhaps find someone who is interested in becoming admin of the parapsychological practitioners society. Otherwise eventually it'll probably completely disappear...

Contrary to what I said before, anyone who was a member of this site will NOT be registered on the new site (aside from those who are already and also know it).

Update SEP-26-2009

The forums and eveything else of current PPS will stay online for a while longer because I decided to use a completely new database. So taking everything offline right away won't be needed and in the meantime I can work on the new site. I am really hoping to inspire people to join, the content will be much more 'mature', and topics like psychology, science and technology, spirituality, even music and more will all be covered and woven together, so to speak.

Anyone who would now join this PPS would probably not be interested in the new site. That is, if you're only into PSI stuff and such. I'm sorry, but I want to be of some kind of service to everyone out there and creating a different website is a way to reach many many people. This current PPS is just too focussed on 'being special', and I don't like that at all, as you might have noticed. Besides, for me it is only logical and even natural to do whatever I can do as far as I am capable and aware of things. It will hopefully inspire people to be more open minded and consider things they haven't before. And it allows you to inspire others with the things you have to say. I know there are some great thinkers among you and now is the time to share every creative, constructive idea! Lets not leave everything in hands of organisations and 'leaders' and shit, lets join the organisation called HUMANITY and get things straight on this planet!

Announcement:

PPSociety is going to change!

Some of you are aware of it, some of you aren't. Some of you just dismiss the whole idea. But for us it is quite clear. This planet is changing. The human consciousness is changing. There are things going on that most humans who only follow mainstream media aren't aware of. And much more.

PPSociety will be changed to Peace Planet Society. What kind of website will that be?
It will be for people who respect all paths that in the eyes of the person following the path can help creating a united world.
It will be for discussing technologies that can help in the process of eliminating for example, energy problems.
It will be to discuss the little psychological intricacies that keep people from experiencing a relaxed and joyful life.
And more!
Of course a new layout will be created.

It will not be a place where you can make your ego grow. If you want to be very special or pursue ideas that make you feel special and different, I would suggest you conintue living your life until you are faced with the effects of your desires.

Other than that, we'll just see how it goes :)

Starting this weekend, everything except for user accounts will be removed. This means all the entire forum will start over. So joining PPS now is really joining the new site.

Ok, last night I became curious about psi and all this. And I know there are videos out there but you cant be 100% sure they are real. So my thinking is, the only way I will know is if I do it myself.

I HAVE tried to make a psi ball in my hand. I don't think i did it though... To be honest, I don't see how i could tell.. They're invisible aren't they?

Secondly, my first attempt at anything was moving a pen 1 cm. I closed my eyes, imagined he pen moving, opened them and it was in the same position. Then like 3 seconds later it rolled about 1 cm. I don't know if I DID IT, or if it was the table...

And last few things... I dont know how to meditate really and I know I prolly should to help me. So how do you exactly? And what do you think about when your trying to make a psi ball / moving pens ect? What does it feel like?

I just need guidance to see if i really know if im doing it or not.. Please and SUPER thanks.

Or if you don't want to answer all that lol, can you just answer this:

If I want to make a straw move on a table, what should I think about? And should my eyes be open or closed?

Also, if i want to make it move, do i make it ROLL sideways? Or slide long ways?

One thing Alot of people say is that if you want to practise TK, you have to believe you are able to do. I have a question for you. Do you believe TK exists and that it is possible for YOU, not anyone else but YOU to be able to do it?

Frosty , just start with a small spi wheel , try to move it with our hand by pushing energy out of it.First try to make a small psi wheel from the aluminium foil (easier then the paper one).Keep in mind that youl need alout of patience until youl see any results , somthing like 15-20 min of constant concentration on moving the thing.

wow here we go.
well frost man in order to do anything "supernatural" i believe you have to believe. just like if you believe you can do something you will most likly do it instead of not caring and nothing happens... well I havent done anyhting psi related in a couple years. But when i started out i knew i could do it and anything else. so ill give you some examples. When I was a sophmore in high school there was this TV in the Study hall room. it was on everyday, so i figured i want it off. It took time but after a while of being focused the TV tured off. i did it the next day and i never tried it again...it was always on after that...
There was also a time when i made my own little psi wheel with a pencil and paper in class. focused and it moved one way for a bit then it stoped. i was just amazed lol.

here is how you do it in my best method :tk:

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR MIND IS BLANK.. THINK OF NOTHING TO FOCUS BETTER. WITH NO THOUGHTS OF DRAMA NAKED GIRLS

OR ANYHTING ELSE IN YOUR LIFE THIS WILL GO ALOT BETTER.

Step 1. the best way i learned how to do TK is to "BE" the object you are trying to move.
Step 2. Imagination has alot to do with psi in my opinion, so imagion that you are the object, every part and every material it is.
Step 3. since you are that object....go for a walk and move it.
It will take some time at first, but practice makes you perfect.

PSI BALLS...
Umm... well I started with the psi ball when i first learned anyhting about psi. its simple...just believe and use your imagination to make the invisible ball what you want it to be. my best advise is to make the psi ball cold or hot so you can know if your doing it... my hands usually tingle afterwards

No one can really tell you how to do anything related to Psionics. There are a lot of helpful guides and such but for every person it is differnt, therfore the guides are they to be, well just that! Guides!

So anythig you read you dont have to take it as a set in stone method, after all psionics is stilla subject wideley debated on and everyone has diff ways of making thisgs work for them.

The best way to do things is to try out diff things and see what works best with you.

There are a lot of good referance guides on the site I would really suggest reading through the articles and trying out the tips and practices that are on them!
